i saw a weird thing in viea once before a few months back

there's legends...but what did you see??

i was talking to my bro earlier and there was this person just standing under the lamppost by where i live
just standing there
for ages
then they started swaying and when i tried to take a pic my flash went off and they just sorta
flickered outta existence

back in february... west viea village area
by the park and abandoned apartment complex

that'll have to be my next stakeout area
next night i gear up to investigate

i've always wanted to be in one of those...

i'm not going say no to someone who wants in on the action
